In this video, I will teach you what foods and herbs you can take, as well as put on your hair and scalp, that will help your hair grow, become stronger, and healthier. In addition, I will be teaching you how to care for your hair from a pro-vegan perspective. I will also focus a portion of this video to grow your hair back, after giving birth. Postpartum hair loss is all too common amongst women.
I know women who had children 2 or 3 years ago and continue to have hair loss and thinning problems. With a few tips from me, they were able to grow their hair back.
How to use Directions:
Wet the hair and apply an oil of choice
Lock the moisture in with the Chebe powder
Plait the hair and let the mixture sit
